You will answer a series of multiple choice questions which will create your opportunities list. Log in to the WiSH portal using your NetID and password. You will need this to set up your UW–Madison NetID.ģ. Your UW–Madison campus ID number will be sent to you through email. Submit the UW–Madison undergraduate application by the deadline.Ģ. Once all items are received, applicants will be reviewed by a committee.ġ.

To be considered for the King-Morgridge Scholars Program, candidates must submit an undergraduate first-year application to the University of Wisconsin–Madison, as well as the scholarship-specific application found on the Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH). Both applications are required for full consideration. Through the generous gifts of the King and Morgridge families, this endowed program will provide up to six scholarships each year.Īpplications for this scholarship are accepted once a year and only first-time, undergraduate, degree-seeking students are eligible. Selected scholars will receive a full-time, four-year/eight-semester scholarship to the University of Wisconsin–Madison that includes tuition and fees, on-campus room and board, health insurance, airfare, and a stipend for miscellaneous expenses. Selected for their drive, academic success and commitment to addressing issues of poverty in their own countries, King-Morgridge Scholars will hail from countries in Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, South and Southeast Asia. The King-Morgridge Scholars Program is an exceptional opportunity for enterprising, creative, dedicated young adults committed to applying their talents toward poverty alleviation. Scholarships will have varying deadlines, but most will have a deadline of February 1. Most of our scholarships are not awarded automatically-you will need to apply to them through WiSH.
